12-year old Tianci, who is wheelchair bound due to a deformity with both feet, is getting his feet on the ground, one step at a time. His left foot was reconstructed in a four hour-long surgery and a few weeks later we received a photo from him recovering well. His right foot will be operated on during a future surgical trip. In spite of his disability, Tianci was not abandoned as a baby. His family has been caring for him all along, in spite of their financial limitations. CCPF has expanded its mission to include such disabled children from indigent families, as they need as much help as do the orphans.
